If you had told my younger self that I would one day dedicate my life to leadership development, I would have thought for sure that you had me confused for someone else. Back then, I associated leadership with titles, authority, and telling people what to do—none of which interested me. But over time, mentors saw something in me that I didn’t yet recognize. They told me I was a leader.
At first, I resisted. Then I had a realization that changed everything: leadership isn’t about power—it’s about influence. It’s about how we show up, how we support others, and how we create meaningful impact.
My real breakthrough came when I was introduced to servant leadership—not just as a theory, but through the example of leaders who led with humility, vision, and a genuine commitment to the people they served. It was a lightbulb moment. Leadership wasn’t about position; it was about lifting others up, making tough calls for the right reasons, and shaping the culture around you.
For the past 12 years, I’ve worked in HR and Talent Development, coaching and equipping leaders at every level—from frontline managers to senior leaders. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and am a certified Provider in the Process Communication Model (PCM) and Compassionate Accountability. As an accredited coach through the International Association of Coaches, Mentors, and Therapists (IACTM), I specialize in helping leaders build self-awareness, navigate conflict, and lead with both confidence and compassion.
Beyond my career, my wife and I have six children, which means I see leadership in action every single day, guiding, teaching, and learning right alongside my kids. I also fought and beat cancer, an experience that continues to reshape my perspective on what truly matters.
I’ve seen firsthand how great leadership can transform teams, organizations, and lives—and how poor leadership can do the opposite. That’s why I do what I do. Because a team, a department, an organization, a culture—it will only ever be as strong as the people leading it.
If you’re ready to develop yourself, your team, or your organization into the kind of leadership that creates lasting impact, let’s connect.
